Display Text Attributes

Allows you display the attributes of a text or multi-line text node element.

Copy/Increment Text
Allows you to copy and increment a text element that contains numbers.
Copy Enter Data Field
Allows you to copy the contents of one enter data field to another.
Copy/Increment Enter Data Fields

Allows you to copy and increment the contents of an enter data field that contains numbers into another enter data field.

Fill in Single Enter-data Fields

Allows you to fill in or change and enter data field.

Auto Fill in Enter Data Fields
Allows you to fill in all empty enter data fields in a view.
Change Case
Allows you to change the case of a piece of text.
Update All Fields
Allows you to update all fields in the text elements in the active model or file.
Drop Text
Allows you to convert the text characters in a text element to the individual elements that are used to draw the characters - lines, line strings, arcs, ellipses, and shapes.
Text Style
Allows you to create and modify text styles. Also sets the active text style or, if a style is not active, the active text attributes.

Notes

Settings Description
Place Note
Allows you to place lines of text with a leader line and arrow, or a callout without a leader.
Place Label
Allows you to place labels.

Dimensioning

Settings Description
Dimension Linear
Allows you to dimension the linear distance between two points (length).
Dimension Angular
Allows you to dimension angles. Each dimension (except the first) is computed from the endpoint of the previous dimension.
Dimension Element
Allows you to dimension an element.
Dimension Ordinates
Allows you to label distances along an axis from an origin (datum) along the ordinate axis (the line along which the distances are measured).
Change Dimension
Allows you to change a dimension element to the active dimension attributes.
Match Dimension Attributes
Allows you to set the active dimension settings to the dimension attributes of a dimension element.
Drop Dimension Element
Allows you to break up a dimension element(s) into lines, line strings, ellipses, arcs, and text.
Reassociate Dimensions
Allows you to reassociate a linear or radial dimension to an element.
Insert Dimension
Allows you to add an extension line to a dimension element.
Remove Dimension
Allows you to remove an extension line from a dimension element.
Dimension Audit
Allows you to search all the dimensions in the active model and report any problems.
Element Dimensioning
Allows you to dimension an element.
Place Centre Mark Tool
Allows you to place a center mark at the center of a circle or arc.
Dimension Styles
Allows you to create and modify dimension styles. Also sets the active dimension style (or, if a style is not active, the active dimension settings).

Tables

Settings Description
Place Table
Allows you to place a table in the model.
Style Manager
Allows you to manage style

Detailing

Settings Description
Section Callout
Allows you to place a section callout and, optionally, create a saved view and automate dynamic views.
Detail Callout
Allows you to place a detail callout and, optionally, create a saved view and automate dynamic views.
Elevation Callout
Allows you to place a single elevation callout or an interior elevation callout.
Plan Callout
Allows you to place a plan callout and optionally, create a saved view and automating dynamic views.
Drawing Boundary
Allows you to place a drawing boundary in a model.
Cloud by Points
Allows you to place a revision cloud.
Cloud on Element
Allows you to create a revision cloud by modifying or copying an existing element.
Detailing Symbol Styles
Allows you to create and modify detailing symbol styles.

Cells

Settings Description
Place Active cell
Allows you to place the Active Cell.
Place Active Cell Matrix
Allows you to place a matrix of the Active Cell.
Replace Cells
Allows you to replace single or multiple cells in a model, or to update cells in a model, with cells of the same name from the active cell library.
Select and Place Cell
Allows you to select a cell in the DGN file and place an additional instance(s) of that cell.
Define Cell Origin

Allows you toto define the cell origin (the point about which the cell is placed).

Place Active Line Terminator

Allows you to place the Active Line Terminator cell on a line, line string, arc, or complex chain, primarily to place arrowheads. The line terminator maintains association with the element on which it is placed. Thus, if you move or rotate the element, the line terminator moves or rotates along with the element.

Place Cell Index
Allows you to create and place a cell index. A cell index contains all of the models in the active DGN file that are marked as "Can be placed as cell."
Cell Selector
